UAQ Aeroclub

UAQ Aeroclub is a vital destination for seekers of fun and adventure. Sky diving and pilot training are the main activities here. The Aeroclub is the brainchild of HH Brigadier Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Mualla, and was commissioned only two years ago. Sky Diving is the primary activity conducted here under a team of dedicated instructors. Another attractive feature of the Aeroclub is the Pilot Training. The course is conducted by "Chief Flying Instructor" on behalf of the Management and final tests are conducted by the Inspectorate of the General Civil Aviation Authority
(GCAA) of the UAE.

The club has a team of experts who take keen interest in each student and also ensure 100 percent safety. How thrilling the thought is to jump from an altitude of 12,000 feet. If you can not muster up courage to fly up in the air, then just relax at the Club House.

The Aeroclub includes runway with length of 1800 meters and 30 meters wide, taxiway, marking and lighting which have been completed under the supervision of General Civil Aviation Authority of the United Arab Emirates. The surface of the runway has a Load Classification Number that accepts a medium sized passenger jetliner, a moderate weight capacity.
