Shahrzad, situated in the Hyatt Regency in Dubai offers a feast not only for the eyes but also to taste. The atmosphere of Shahrzad Restaurant is rich with tradition.

Once you enter the restaurant, you are greeted by an impressive waiting room. The main dining area of the restaurant is filled with Iranian melodies of three musicians. The corridor has vibrant colors and traditional Persian architectural design. It is enveloped by a beautiful wooden floor with sculpted ceiling. The atmosphere here is very pleasant and serene.

The kitchen is the soul of the restaurant. It attracts the guests as they watch chefs prepare and bake bread in the special bread oven and kebabs on the traditional grill.

The restaurant also caters to special functions, exclusive dinners and meetings. The men's room can accommodate up to 16 people, seated around a large table, while the ladies' room can accommodate a maximum of ten people.

Hours: Open for lunch and dinner, Sunday to Friday from 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm and 8:00 pm to midnight
