Rudy Rivas is the person who deserves all the praise for starting Billy Blues in 1995. The restaurant is family owned and operated.

Billy Blues is the only restaurant that can bring you tempting good Ribs. It has some pretty good steaks that are hand cut and char - broiled to your liking.

Some of the famous personalities like Otis Redding, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Blues Traveller, Eric Clapton just to name a few have paid their visits here and have really praised the restaurant for its food quality and service. Billy Blues seats 120 and can do outside catering, company parties.

The Restaurant serves the best of American cuisines like ribs, steak, and sea food. Indulge in the juicy steaks and tender barbeques. It also caters and provides exotic drinks.

The venue has an informal setup with some long tables to accommodate big families. So have a good time out with your family. The entertainment package does not end here. Blues and R&B music playing in the background throws in a little life to the otherwise plain looking restaurant.
